These terms of sales are concluded between LingerieComplice, whose registered office domiciled : F -72550 – La Quinte, registered in Le Mans under the n° 490.890.472 00015 and the purchaser.

Terms of sales are established to define the relations between LingerieComplice and the purchaser. The acquisition of products ordered on this site implies total acceptance by the purchaser of these terms. However LingerieComplice keeps the right to modify them and this without notice constantly. In this case, the applicable terms will be those at the date of the order by the purchaser.

Articles proposed by LingerieComplice are those present on the website, the day of the consultation by the Net surfer and within the limit of stocks available; if the article suggested is not available any more it could be ordered by the salesman with his supplier in which case the delivery period will be longer. The photographs presented by LingerieComplice on the virtual catalogue cannot represent the product perfectly, especially as regards of colors, and could not engage the company.

Prices posted on the virtual catalogue are in € including all french taxes. The VAT applied is 19,60% except for the DOM TOM where it is 8,50% (except Guyana). LingerieComplice keeps the right to change its prices without notice, of course the prices which are reproduced on the catalogue the day of the order by the purchaser will be the only applicable ones. The prices indicated do not take account of the expenses of packing and forwarding. All the payments are made in euros, no care of the place of dwelling of the purchaser or delivery of your order. The risks of forwarding are transferred to the customer as from the moment when the articles are given to the conveyor.
